Summer programme of guided walks

I am leading a series of guided hill walks through the summer.
These will take place each Friday, starting on Friday 31st July.
They will start at 10am and will be between 3 and 5 hours in length at a steady pace.
The price will be just £15 per walker in out ‘Staycation Special Offer’. Group sizes are limited to 12.

Each walk will have it’s own Facebook event but as a heads up the programme is as follows:

31 July: North Barrule and the Corrany Valley from the Hibernian
7th August: Large Ruy, Slieau Ruy and Greeba Mountain from Greeba
14th August: Cronk ny Array Lea and South Barrule via Eary Cushlin
21st August: Slieau Curn and Slieau Dhoo from Glen Dhoo

28th August: Slieau Lhean, Slieau Our and Slieau Ruy form Laxey

In addition there will be a ‘Rocky Ramble’ though 480 million years of Manx Geological history, this taking place on Sunday August 9th. Price and group size as above.

John Barker has lived on the Isle of Man for over thirty years and in that time has walked, cycled, run, climbed, dived, watched wildlife and studied the geology of this fantastic rock in the Irish Sea. A qualified Mountain Leader, Mountain Bike Leader and Blue Badge Tour Guide for the Isle of Man, John will help you discover some of the Island’s finest trails and tracks.
